Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- See your current plan and status
- View next billing date
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade or Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Change takes effect at end of billing period
You keep premium features until the current period ends.

Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Payment Method
- Update your card or add a new method
- Save changes

Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Transaction History
- View all past invoices
Downloading Invoices
- Find the invoice in Transaction History
- Click the download icon
- PDF invoice downloads

Team Billing
How Team Billing Works
For workspaces with multiple members:
- Per-seat pricing — Pay for each team member
- Centralized billing — One invoice for the workspace
- Admin control — Workspace admins manage billing
Managing Seats
- Go to Settings → Workspace
- View current member count
- Add or remove members
- Billing adjusts automatically
Adding Team Members
When you add team members:
- Prorated charge for current billing period
- Full charge starting next period
Removing Team Members
When you remove team members:
- Access removed immediately
- Credit applied to next invoice
Cancellation
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Data is retained for 30 days
- Downgrade to Free plan features
Reactivating
Changed your mind? Reactivate anytime:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Reactivate
- Choose your plan
- Resume where you left off
Refunds
Refund Policy
Contact support for refund requests:
- Requests reviewed case-by-case
- Processing within 5-10 business days
- Refund to original payment method

- Click Contact Us

- Describe your refund request
Trial Period
How Trials Work
First-time subscribers may be eligible for a trial:
- Full access to plan features
- No charge until trial ends
- Cancel anytime during trial
Trial Expiration
When your trial ends:
- Charged automatically (if payment method added)
- Or downgraded to Free plan

Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan and select your preferred billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Download an export before canceling if needed.
