Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. See your current plan and status
  3. View next billing date

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Complete payment

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Change takes effect at end of billing period

You keep premium features until the current period ends.

Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Update your card or add a new method
  4. Save changes

Billing Cycle

Choose monthly or annual billing:

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Transaction History
  3. View all past invoices

Downloading Invoices

  1. Find the invoice in Transaction History
  2. Click the download icon
  3. PDF invoice downloads

Invoice Details

Invoices include:

  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Team Billing

How Team Billing Works

For workspaces with multiple members:

  • Per-seat pricing — Pay for each team member
  • Centralized billing — One invoice for the workspace
  • Admin control — Workspace admins manage billing

Managing Seats

  1. Go to Settings → Workspace
  2. View current member count
  3. Add or remove members
  4. Billing adjusts automatically

Adding Team Members

When you add team members:

  • Prorated charge for current billing period
  • Full charge starting next period

Removing Team Members

When you remove team members:

  • Access removed immediately
  • Credit applied to next invoice

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data is retained for 30 days
  • Downgrade to Free plan features

Reactivating

Changed your mind? Reactivate anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Reactivate
  3. Choose your plan
  4. Resume where you left off

Refunds

Refund Policy

Contact support for refund requests:

  • Requests reviewed case-by-case
  • Processing within 5-10 business days
  • Refund to original payment method

How to Request

  1. Go to Settings → Help
  2. Click Contact Us
  3. Select "Billing" as the topic
  4. Describe your refund request

Trial Period

How Trials Work

First-time subscribers may be eligible for a trial:

  • Full access to plan features
  • No charge until trial ends
  • Cancel anytime during trial

Trial Expiration

When your trial ends:

  • Charged automatically (if payment method added)
  • Or downgraded to Free plan

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan and select your preferred billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. Download an export before canceling if needed.

Do you offer discounts?

Is there a limit on calendars?

No. All plans include unlimited Google and Apple calendars.
