Download Amie on Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, or use the web app.

Available Platforms

Amie is available on all major platforms:

Web App

The fastest way to use Amie—no installation required.

Desktop Apps

The desktop app unlocks the full Amie experience, including bot-free meeting recording and system audio capture.

macOS

Requirements: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later

Installation:

  1. Download the .zip file from the releases page
  2. Extract the archive
  3. Drag Amie to your Applications folder
  4. Open Amie and sign in

Note: Both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs are supported with native builds.

Windows

Requirements: Windows 10 or later

Installation:

  1. Download the .exe installer
  2. Run the installer
  3. Follow the installation wizard
  4. Open Amie and sign in

Linux

Requirements: Ubuntu 18.04+ or compatible distributions

Installation Options:

AppImage:

  1. Download the .AppImage file
  2. Make it executable: chmod +x Amie.AppImage
  3. Run: ./Amie.AppImage

.deb Package:

  1. Download the .deb file
  2. Install: sudo dpkg -i amie.deb
  3. Launch Amie from your applications menu

iOS App

Requirements: iOS 14.0 or later

Installation:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Search for "Amie Calendar"
  3. Tap Get to download
  4. Open the app and sign in

Signing In

After installing on any platform:

  1. Open Amie
  2. Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple
  3. Authorize Amie to access your calendar
  4. Complete the onboarding flow

Your data syncs automatically across all your devices.

Updating Amie

  • Desktop: Amie checks for updates automatically and prompts you to install
  • iOS: Updates are delivered through the App Store
  • Web: Always up to date

Troubleshooting

App Won't Open (macOS)

If macOS blocks the app:

  1. Open System Preferences → Security & Privacy
  2. Click Open Anyway next to the Amie message

Sync Issues

If your data isn't syncing:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Go to Settings → Accounts
  3. Verify your accounts are connected
  4. Try signing out and back in
