Amie analyzes your sent emails to understand:

  • Writing patterns — Greetings, sign-offs, sentence structure
  • Vocabulary — Words and phrases you commonly use

When drafting emails, AI applies your learned style:

  • Matches your typical greeting style
  • Uses your preferred sign-off
  • Mirrors your sentence length and structure
  • Maintains consistent formality

Drafting Emails with AI

From Meeting Notes

After a meeting, draft follow-up emails:

  1. Open your meeting notes
  2. Click Draft Email
  3. AI generates a draft based on:
    • Meeting content and action items
    • Your writing style
    • Recipient context

From AI Chat

Use Ask Amie to draft emails:

  1. Open AI Chat (⌘+K → "Ask Amie")
  2. Request an email draft
  3. Provide context or let AI use current note
  4. Review and edit the draft

From Collections

Draft emails with full context:

  1. Open a Smart Page
  2. Click Draft Email
  3. AI considers all meetings in the collection
  4. Perfect for relationship summaries
